1.IMPORTANT INFORMATION on the Official Order Form
We will be shipping the print to the puzzle maker. Any delivery times quoted by the puzzlemaker DO NOT include printing or shipping times of the print to the puzzle maker.
If you are living outside of the United States, it is VERY IMPORTANT to read the note under International Orders in the customer information section at the beginning of the order form.

2. Under Puzzle Image Printing Price on the official order form you will click on "I am sending you my actual puzzle image already enlarged and printed on Kodak or Fuji photographic paper - $0".

3. Under Image Source on the official order form you will click on "I am mailing you my image(s) already enlarged and printed to its actual size for my puzzle(s)".

4. Under Artist of Art on the official order form you will click on "Mark, I am sending my own image - see image source above".

5. Under the section Puzzle Title type in "I-AM-that-I-AM-Art".

6. Please write in the Comments Section at the bottom of the order form: "I-AM-that-I-AM-Art by Ron D'Haene".

7. Now you are ready to choose an image and buy the print.
